Hi Everyone!
According to Genesis 1:24, “A man is to leave his father and his mother and cleave to his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.” Because of this union of man and woman (only), normally due to procreation, they produce a baby, according to Genesis 4:3a, “after his own likeness and after his own image.” That’s not to say that the mother does not contribute certain characteristics to their child – she does most definitely. But from a Biblical point of view, as we can see in Genesis Chapter 1, the phrase, “like after like,” occurs 14 times alone. Every plant, tree, animal, beast, and every man after his own kind. That is the Law of God that is not to be changed and/or adulterated with, in any way, shape, or form. Father YAHWEH is not a God of Chaos, but of Order!
With regard to the science behind procreation, The Online Brittanica Encyclopedia defines the human reproductive system as:
Human Reproductive System, organ system by which humans reproduce and bear live offspring. Provided all organs are present, normally constructed, and functioning properly, the essential features of human reproduction are (1) liberation of an ovum, or egg, at a specific time in the reproductive cycle, (2) internal fertilization of the ovum by spermatozoa, or sperm cells, (3) transport of the fertilized ovum to the uterus, or womb, (4) implantation of the blastocyst, the early embryo developed from the fertilized ovum, in the wall of the uterus, (5) formation of a placenta and maintenance of the unborn child during the entire period of gestation, (6) birth of the child and expulsion of the placenta, and (7) suckling and care of the child, with an eventual return of the maternal organs to virtually their original state.[1]
Now, there are two questions that must be answered:
When is the spirit imparted to man? and
Who and where does this spirit come from?
The answer to #1 comes from Luke 1:44 which states, “For behold! Soon as the sound of thy (Mary) salutation reached mine (Elizabeth) ear, the babe (John the Baptist) within me leaped for joy.”
So, the answer to the first question is simple. Obviously, the spirit is present from the moment of conception!
The answer to #2 comes from Ecclesiastes 3:21 which states, “And who hath seen the breath of the sons of men (Adam) whether it ascendeth upwards; and the breath of the beast, whether it descendeth downwards into the earth?” and Ecclesiastes 12:7 which states, “and dust return to dust as it was, and the spirit return to God who gave it”
This is evidenced and confirmed by YAHSHUA Jesus the Christ Himself in John 3:3 which states, “Jesus answered and said unto him (Nicodemus), Verily, verily, I tell you, no one can see God’s Realm unless he is born from above.”[2] Most translations use the term “born again” in this verse. However, when Jesus used the term, “again” in response to Nicodemus, He used the Greek word, G509 – “anothen,” which means “from above,” which confirms what King Solomon stated in Ecclesiastes 3:21 and 12:7.
So, the answer to the second question is simple as well, the spirit of man comes from above (Heaven) from Father YAHWEH! All spirits of men return to Him!
To add to this line of reasoning, there is a Book of Life from which names can be written out of according to the following Scriptures:
Exodus 32:30-32: “And on the following Moses said to the people, You have committed a great sin, now therefore I will go up to God that I may appease Him for this sin of yours. So Moses went back to the Lord and said, O Lord! This people have committed a great sin and have made for themselves gods of gold. Now therefore, if Thou indeed forgives this their sin, forgive it: but if not: blot me out of Thy Book which Thou hast written.”
Psalm 69:26-28: “Because him, whom Thou smotest, they persecuted and have added to the pains of my wounds; add Thou iniquity to their iniquity, and let them not come into Thy righteousness. Let them be blotted out of the Book of the Living, and not be enrolled with the righteous.”
Psalm 139:16: “When my substance was in the lowest parts of the Earth; Thine eyes beheld the unwrought part of me. When on Thy Book all shall be enrolled; they will day by day be fashioned.”
Daniel 12:1: “AND at that time Michael, the great prince who hath been over the children of thy (Daniel) people, will stand up, and there will be a time of tribulation – a tribulation such as hath not been since there was a nation on the earth even to this time. At that time all thy people who are enrolled in the Book shall be saved.”
Malachi 3:16: “Against these things they who feared the Lord spoke to one another; and the Lord hearkened and heard, and wrote a Book of Remembrance before Him for them who fear the Lord and revere His Name.”
Luke 10:20: “Nevertheless, rejoice not at this, that spirits are subject to you; but rather rejoice that your names are enrolled in Heaven.”
Philippians 4:2-3: “I beseech Euodia, and I beseech Syntiche, to be of one mind in the Lord. And I intreat thee also, my faithful colleague, assist them; for they were fellow laborers of mine in the Gospel, with Clement in particular, and the rest of my fellow laborers whose names are in the Book of Life.”
Hebrews 12:21-24: “And so awful was the appearance, that Moses said, ‘I am exceedingly terrified and tremble:’ but you are come to Mount Sion, and to the City of the Living God, to the Heavenly Jerusalem, and myriads of angels – to the general assembly and congregation of first born, enrolled in Heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the Mediator of a New Covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling which speaketh better things than that of Abel.”
Revelation 3:5: “He who overcometh shall be clothed with white raiment, and I will not blot his name out of the Book of Life, but will acknowledge his name before My Father, and before His angels.”
Revelation 13:8: “And power was given it to make war against the saints and to conquer them; and authority was given it over every tribe and tongue and nation; and it is to be worshipped by all the inhabitants of the earth whose names are not written from the foundation of the world in the Book of Life of the Lamb that was slain.”
Revelation 17:8: “The beast which thou sawest was and is not and is soon to ascend out of the bottomless gulf and go to destruction; and the inhabitants of the Earth, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world will wonder when they see the beast, because it was and is not although indeed it is.”
Revelation 20:11-14: “Then I (John) saw a great white throne and Him who sat thereon from Whose Presence the Earth and the Heaven fled away and there was no place found for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God. And Books were opened; and another Book was opened namely that of LIFE. And the dead were judged by the Writings in those Books according to their works. And the sea delivered up the dead in it; and death and the mansion of the dead delivered up the dead in them; and they were judged, every one according to his works. And death and the mansion of the dead were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whoever was not found written in the Book of Life was thrown in the lake of fire.”
Revelation 21:27: “And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing which defileth or maketh an abomination or [uttereth] a lie – none but they who are enrolled in the Lamb’s Book of Life.”
Based on the above-referenced Scriptures, everyone mentioned in the Bible is written in the Book of Life. However, based upon what you have done down here on this Earth during the time period that you were allowed, you could be WRITTEN OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE!
